What to expect
From technical drills to performance expression, this week-long experience will help you:

- Unlock new levels of backbending, splits, and shoulder flexibility
- Step into the world of handbalancing or level up your current practice
- Build active control and alignment through safe, intelligent methods
- Refine your lines, transitions, and artistic expression
- Gain personalized feedback directly from Serchmaa

Capture your progress in a professional photoshoot on Friday; your moment to shine!
Who This Intensive Is For
This program is designed for students who already have experience with flexibility training and want to take their skills further. You do not have to have a deep split or narrow bridge, or perform the perfect chest stand or balance in your hands — however, you should feel comfortable working in:
- Front, middle and straddle splits
- Bridge and cobra poses, ideally chin stand and chest stand too
- Basic inverted shapes (such as forearm stand or handstands)

The intensive focuses on refining technique, control, and expression — helping you safely progress into deeper, more advanced contortion elements.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 3-hour daily training sessions.
10:00–13:00 (Tuesday session may shift to 13:30–16:30)
Friday morning: Outdoors photoshoot session (bring your costumes! If you do not have one, Zohar can lend you a contortion catsuit)

Each day includes:
- Guided warm-up and mobility conditioning
- Deep flexibility & contortion technique
- Strength, balance, and artistry drills
- Cool down & recovery
