About Serchmaa Byamba
Serchmaa is the founder of Mongolian Contortion Center and the Head Coach Contortion at the Circus Center in San Francisco. She has helped many adults to develop their contortion skills to a professional level. Open Level Stretching
This class is ideal for anyone that wants to learn a beginner friendly stretching routine using different tools like resistance bands, foam rollers, etc. and also to learn how to activate your muscles to get deeper in your flexibility. Serchmaa's many years of experience coaching adults with different body types and constrains allows her to recognize someone's limitations quicker than other coaches, and give targeted exercises that will level up your stretching practice.

Intro to Contortion workshop is ideal for those that are already familiar with flexibility training practice (stretching, yoga, dancing, martial arts...), and want to get a taste of contortion. In this workshop Serchmaa will walk you through a routine that covers full body flexibility and inversion practice. You will also get targeted and personalized exercises based on your abilities, and practice beginner friendly contortion routines. This is a great opportunity for anyone that wants on hands training experience with a renown contortion coach. Also, bring your goals in mind, and don't be shy to share them with Serchmaa! She loves working 1-1 with all students attending the workshop. If you have a flexible lower body, you are a good hand balancer but you have limited mobility in your back, this workshop is also ideal for you! Serchmaa is a wizard in helping her students to become hand balancers, no matter their back flexibility. So, do not miss this opportunity!

In this workshop Serchmaa will walk you through basic conditioning, legs and back warming routines. Once warmed, the group will work on targeted drills and practice contortion routines. You will also work your inversions (contortion handstands). If you are a contortionist, you probably know that Serchmaa is expert on one arm HS, contortion push ups and many more amazing flexible hand balancing skills. This workshop has a reduced size of students, since Serchmaa likes to have personal time with each student.

Contortion Intensive
This intensive calls for all flexibility and contortion lovers in Europe and across the world!
Join us for 5 days in Zürich, training from Monday to Thursday 3h Mongolian contortion, and a Friday of photo shooting to showcase your skills. During the week, we will also have a short hike to the Top of Zurich to enjoy views to the city and do a bit of active recovery. The intensive is open for intermediate and advance students. You should be already practicing regular contortion and able to be comfortable on your hands. In the registration you will be asked about your goals, so Serchmaa knows what you are working at, and she can help you during the time together to get closer to those objectives.

The Location
Laboratorium is an urban gym in the city of Zurich with a focus on calisthenics, handstand, functional training, mobility training and movement in general.
