Mobility is active flexibility. It is the foundation needed for healthy movement in everyday life as well as achieving new skills. This workshop will give you tools and exercises that you can implement into your daily routine and training not only to reach your goals, but also build healthy, sustainable movement patterns to keep you moving well now and through old age. From unlocking more range of motion to strengthen joints, you’ll learn the most important concepts to improve your mobility.
After 9 years of coaching gymnastics, handstands, and CrossFit, Justine Boddy has a thorough understanding of the body and what is required to move efficiently and healthily. In addition to her coaching experience, she also has vast knowledge from training in various competitive sports including gymnastics, diving, track and field, road cycling and CrossFit. Her mission is to help people reach their goals by building a solid movement foundation needed to achieve complex skills and maintain a healthy life.
The entrance is 50 CHF (members 40 CHF).
