Learn how to handstand from scratch and beyond.
Preparing the joints, developing flexibility and training process.

– Going through the basics on handstand
– Preparing the body
– Performing shapes

It is recommended to be able to hold a wall handstand for at least 30s for a requirement.
Level: beginner to intermediate
