About the Workshops
Beginner/Intermediate Workshop
This session builds comfort, confidence, and clarity in your handstand. We explore the foundations of balance through both wall-supported and free-standing drills, always guided by breath and body awareness.
Participants will work on:
• Effective kick-up mechanics (with or without the wall)
• Straddle, tuck, and full handstand entries
• Controlled shape changes and transitions
• Understanding where “heaviness” comes from and how to release it through breath
• Head-ins and balance coordination
Level requirement:
You should feel comfortable kicking up into a handstand—even if it’s next to the wall.

Intermediate/Advanced Workshop
This workshop focuses on refinement, efficiency, and progression toward one-arm handstand work. We deepen the breath-led approach to create precision, lightness, and endurance in your balance.
Participants will work on:
• Becoming fully comfortable balancing on two hands
• Clean, intentional shape changes and transitions
• Developing the foundations and pathways toward one-arm handstands
• Recognizing and adjusting to micro-shifts using breath
• Alignment, structure, and reaction patterns essential for advanced control
Level requirement:
Participants should feel confident in a free-standing handstand and ready to explore more technical progressions.
