About the workshop
In this two day handbalancing workshop you will learn Dan’s specific approach to Handbalancing. He offers a combination of traditional Russian Handbalancing techniques as well as a variety of exercises, intentions & fun challenges that will fast track your progress. By the end of the workshop you will better understand the fundamental mechanics of how the technique works and be able to apply it to your own personal practice.

Beginner - Intermediate
This class is aimed towards people who have never before balanced on their hands ranging up to people who can hold a 45 second freestanding handstand. You can attend this workshop with no experience in Handbalancing.

About Dan
Dan began his training at Bristol's circus school, Circomedia in 2008 for 2 years. He then furthered his education for 3 years in the circus Bachelor program in DOCH (Stockholm) in 2011. Training under the handbalancing master «Alexander Gavrilove» He then went on to perform in 2 separate award winning shows, A Simple Space by Gravity and Other Myths & Fauna by Fauna Circus, touring both internationally for 4 years. Dan is the creator of Inbalance training, an online coaching service that helps hundreds of motivated practitioner’s reach their training goals every year.

The Location
Laboratorium is an urban gym in the city of Zurich with a focus on calisthenics, handstand, functional training, mobility training and movement in general.
