In this workshop, you will learn how to improve your mobility and stability in the key areas of the shoulder and hip.
You will learn tools to better structure your training and achieve long-term progress, and you will discover why stretching every now and then is not sustainable for most people. Combining flexibility and stability makes complex movements smoother and more efficient, and helps you achieve lasting harmony in your body.

About Lukas
What began almost 16 years ago with yoga and weight training quickly developed into a passion and my profession.
As an acrobat, I worked for various theaters and continued my education in the fields of physiotherapy, training theory and anatomy. Meanwhile, I work with various professional and amateur athletes. In my coaching sessions, I combine theory and knowledge gained from years of practice in various sports such as acrobatics, strength training, bouldering and more.

The Location
Laboratorium is an urban gym in the city of Zurich with a focus on calisthenics, handstand, functional training, mobility training and movement in general.
