Information
Morning Worksop: Soft Floor Movement
We let ourselves be guided by our head, limbs, or center, rolling, gliding, spinning, and flying across the floor. We learn elements of soft, dance-like acrobatics. Towards the end, we combine several elements into short sequences. This workshop is a merge of contemporary floorwork and soft acrobatics, known as dance acrobatics in the circusworld.

Afternoon Workshop: Mobility & Flexibility
We learn about various stretching methods and when to incorporate each in to your training. After a specific warm-up routine, you will learn the correct alignment of positions and which muscles need to be activated for effective and injury-free stretching. You discover which exercises can enhance your training. With enthusiasm, I share my knowledge about contortion from my time as a full-time circus artist as well as from my studies.
